疏「因何而現」下，疏文有三：初來意，可知；二「所現有十」下，釋文；三「又此亦可」下，重會前文。二中，「持戒即人天勝劣」等者，如第二地。

Regarding the Commentary's passage from "Due to what do they manifest" onward, the Commentary's text has three parts: first, the purpose of coming, which is clear; second, from "That which is manifested has ten" downward, explaining the text; third, from "Furthermore, this can also" downward, reconciling again with the earlier text. In the second part, "upholding the precepts refers to the superior and inferior among humans and devas" and so forth is as in the Second Bhūmi.
