35.20

疏「問：下發心功德品」下，第三問答料揀。有三問答：一會前後經文。二「問約法相收是則可爾」下，以法疑人，先問、後答。答言「十千劫乃是一經」，是即《仁王經》。

In the commentary, from "Question: In the subsequent Chapter on the Merit of Arousing the Mind…" below, is the third [part]: questions and answers with analytical distinctions. There are three questions and answers: first, harmonizing the earlier and later sūtra texts. Second, from "Question: It may be acceptable when subsuming in terms of dharmas…" below, doubting the person on account of the dharma, where first is the question and next the answer. The answer says, "Ten thousand kalpas is only [stated in] one sūtra," which is precisely the Benevolent King Sūtra.
