35.21

疏「此經縱有行布」下，三通伏難。謂有難言：如上所說既有行布，此與諸經復云何異？故今答云：行布乃是圓融之行布耳。

In the commentary, from "Even if this sūtra has sequential arrangement…" below, is the third [subpart]: resolving a latent objection. That is, someone objects: "As stated above, since there is sequential arrangement, how does this differ from the other sūtras?" Therefore, it is answered now: sequential arrangement is merely the sequential arrangement of perfect interfusion.
