35.68

疏「初半對治」等者，對治文顯。隨心所樂為世界者，順心令喜故。隨行差別即當為人者，心行不同生善異故，如心寂靜應教禪定、若心明利為說智慧，悉以善巧而成就，文則連上屬於為人。第一義者，謂要見理，見理方得名成就耳。又成就言通於上三，前三悉檀皆為見理故。

On the commentary's "The first half is counteraction..." and so forth: The text on counteraction is clear. Making a world according to what the mind delights in is because of according with their minds to make them rejoice. According with the differentiations in practice corresponds to [the siddhānta of] individual adaptation, because different mental practices generate goodness differently; for example, if the mind is quiet, one should teach dhyāna; if the mind is sharp, one explains wisdom for them. In all cases, one accomplishes them through skillful means; the text then connects with the above as belonging to individual adaptation. The supreme truth means that one must see principle; only by seeing principle can it be called accomplishment. Furthermore, the word 'accomplishment' applies to the preceding three, because the previous three siddhāntas are all for the sake of seeing principle.
