疏「偈讚一品義有兩兼」者，前是古意、後是新意，可知。十段科中皆有皆俱齊遍等言者，以約結通周法界故。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "The single chapter of verse praises combines two meanings": the former is the ancient meaning, and the latter is the new meaning, as can be known. That the outlines of the ten sections all contain terms like "all", "both", "equal", and "pervading" is because they universally pervade the dharmadhātu in terms of conclusion.
