38.76

疏「問：說此經處何要遍」者，第二問處遍。上約所說之法同，此明所說之處遍。又前明彼此同說，今明一說即遍。

Regarding the commentary's question, "Question: Why must the places where this sūtra is expounded be ubiquitous?": this is the second question, on ubiquity of location. The preceding concerned the identity of the Dharma taught; this clarifies the ubiquity of the places where it is taught. Furthermore, the former clarified simultaneous expounding here and there; this clarifies that a single expounding is immediately ubiquitous.
