4.4

疏「然真非」下，第三依義建立。不壞相故，不妨立時。然《旨歸》約處，先已有處，依此說經，後辯其時。疏家順六成就之次第故，先明時耳。

Regarding the Commentary's statement from "However, the real is not..." downwards: the third [part] is establishing according to meaning. Because it does not destroy characteristics, establishing time is not obstructed. However, the Zhigui takes places as its basis: having already established places first, the sūtra was expounded based on them, and afterwards it analyzed the time. Because the commentator accords with the order of the six fulfillments, he explains time first.
