疏「於相修中纏繞身心」者，三釋總名，亦出偏說所以也。本論云「數數增盛纏繞於心，故名為纏。」釋論中云「由此諸纏數數增盛，纏繞一切觀行者心，於修善品為障礙故。」

Regarding the commentary's statement, "Entangling body and mind during the cultivation of marks": The third section explains the general name and also presents the reason for this specific explanation. The root treatise states, "Frequently increasing and entangling the mind, they are called entanglements." The explanatory treatise states, "Because these entanglements frequently increase and entangle the minds of all practitioners of contemplation, they serve as obstacles to cultivating wholesome factors."
