44.51

疏「二彼諸」下，釋第二意。文有四義：一「謂已得今得」下，約真如本無增減等，亦即就前廣無邊涯之經，離二邊之偏邪。二「寂照」下，菩薩寂照契如，絕戲論故。三「但以世俗」下，暗引《淨名》證成。四「菩薩既堅信」下，結成不怯。

The commentary under "Second, those..." explains the second meaning. The text contains four meanings: First, under "meaning already attained and currently attained," according to tathatā fundamentally having neither increase nor decrease, it also relies on the preceding sūtra of boundless vastness to depart from the one-sided errors of the two extremes. Second, under "quiescent illumination," the bodhisattva's quiescent illumination accords with tathatā, cutting off prapañca. Third, under "merely by means of conventional," implicitly citing the Vimalakīrtinirdeśa to corroborate. Fourth, under "since the bodhisattva has firm faith," concluding with non-timidity.
