疏「五有正慧故」下，釋常有根本。於中三：初按文略釋；次「靜法云」下，引昔解；後「此或應爾」下，會通。言或應爾，且許昔解；後「今以理」下，引例會通第二戒藏。

The commentary under "Fifth: because of having correct wisdom" explains always having the root. There are three parts within it: first, briefly explaining following the text; second, under "Jingfa says," citing an ancient interpretation; third, under "this perhaps should be so," harmonizing. Saying "perhaps should be so" provisionally concedes the ancient interpretation; later, under "now according to principle," drawing an analogy to harmonize with the second treasury of morality.
