48.14

疏「言隨喜者」，此明第四行也。「為慶」下，釋。先明行名、二「除嫉」下行益、三「然十住」下辯相。然《智論》多同《十住婆沙》。《婆沙論》云「所有布施福，持戒修禪定，從身口意生，去來今所有，習學三乘人，具足一乘者，一切凡夫福，皆隨而歡喜。」釋曰：其初三句通三世佛也。

As for the commentary's phrase "Rejoicing in merit": this clarifies the fourth practice. From "in order to celebrate" downward is the explanation: first, it clarifies the name of the practice; second, from "eradicates jealousy" downward, the benefits of the practice; third, from "however, the Daśabhūmika" downward, distinguishes the characteristics. Now, the *Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa* is largely identical to the Daśabhūmika-vibhāṣā. The Vibhāṣā-śāstra says: "All merit from generosity, / keeping precepts, and cultivating meditation, / produced from body, speech, and mind, / existing in the past, future, and present, / of those who study the three vehicles, / and those who are complete in the One Vehicle, / and all the merit of ordinary beings— / in all of these I rejoice accordingly." Explanation: its first three lines apply to the buddhas of the three times.
