疏「六教出辯」。然論但云「得佛十力不壞,於可度者斷煩惱故。」釋曰:謂令眾生斷惑出離,故名教出。而論經云「與佛不壞力故」,故有不壞之言。今疏云「化物」,即是教義。「斷惑」,是出義。論無得果之言,今會經文成道二字。
Regarding the Commentary's phrase 'The sixth, instructive and emancipating eloquence': However, the treatise merely says, 'obtaining the indestructible ten powers of the Buddha, to sever afflictions in those who can be saved.' Explanation: It means causing sentient beings to sever confusion and attain emancipation, hence it is called 'instructive and emancipating.' But the treatise-sūtra says, 'bestowing the indestructible power of the Buddha,' so there is the phrase 'indestructible.' Now the Commentary's phrase 'transforming beings' is the meaning of 'instructive.' 'Severing confusion' is the meaning of 'emancipating.' The treatise does not have the words 'attaining the fruit'; here it harmonizes with the two words 'accomplishing the path' in the sūtra text.
