疏「故意三中要具五緣」下，揀業異惑，即《瑜伽》意。本論亦云「前二為細，後一為麁，麁即成業。」顯今菩薩細亦不起，故並不之。

Regarding the Commentary's passage beginning with "Therefore, within the three mental [actions], all five conditions must be complete": distinguishing karma from affliction reflects the intent of the *Yogācārabhūmi*. The original treatise also states: "The first two are subtle, and the latter one is coarse; being coarse, it constitutes karma." This reveals that the bodhisattvas of today do not even give rise to the subtle, and so completely avoid them.
