59.17

疏「知時」已下行相。行相三句，知時知量合為一故。開時有三，第三時即知量義。言「如是時中宜修定等」，即《涅槃經》，上已引竟。

From the commentary's "knowing the proper time" onward, it explains the aspects of practice. There are three phrases for the aspects of practice, because knowing the time and knowing moderation are combined into one. When opening up the times, there are three; the third time carries the meaning of knowing moderation. The phrase "in such times one should cultivate concentration and so forth" is from the Nirvāṇa-sūtra, which has already been cited above.
