60.104

疏「一無惱即離，惑習無明不雜故」者，四住之結名之為惑，四住種子名之為習，及無明住地三類皆惑，故並不雜，雜即惱故。

Regarding the commentary's "First, non-affliction is freedom, because the latencies of defilement and ignorance are not mixed": the fetters of the four entrenchments are called defilement, the seeds of the four entrenchments are called latencies, and the stage of ignorance—all three categories are defilements; therefore they are entirely unmixed, for being mixed is affliction.
