疏「當知此輩皆是增上慢人」者，即《法華經》文大意。未得究竟，謂為究竟故。然此上文多同二地，彼以廣解。

Regarding the commentary's "One should know that these people are all persons of overweening pride": this is the general intention of the Lotus Sūtra text. Not having attained the ultimate, they claim to have attained the ultimate. However, much of the text above is identical to the Second Ground, where it was explained extensively.
