60.23

疏「論名時差別」者，論就智中云「有三種相：一者時差別、二者報差別、三者習氣差別。」今以後二在知果中，知因是時差別。

Regarding the Commentary's phrase: "The Treatise calls it 'distinction of time'": the Treatise, speaking with regard to cognition, says, "There are three characteristics: first, distinction of time; second, distinction of retribution; third, distinction of karmic impression (vāsanā)." Here, the latter two are placed under knowing the fruit; knowing the cause is the distinction of time.
