疏「乃至」等者，以論云「謂梵天等梵世間等，以為出世正見故。」釋曰：梵天是正，梵世間是依。

Regarding the Commentary's 'and even...', etc.: this is because the treatise states, 'Believing that Brahmā and so forth, or the world of Brahmā and so forth, constitute the supramundane right view.' Explanation: Brahmā is the sentient being (proper recipient), and the Brahmā world is the insentient environment (basis).
