疏「言發光」下，二釋名。於中三：一敘異名、二申正解、三總結揀定。初中「金光」者，即第三經。經云「無量智慧光明三昧不可傾動、無能摧伏，聞持陀羅尼為作本故。是故三地說名明地。」言「十住論」，即《十住毘婆沙》，當第一。「仁王」，下當釋之。

Regarding the commentary's phrase "As for the name 'Luminous' (Prabhākarī)": second, explaining the name. Within this are three [parts]: 1. setting forth the alternate names; 2. presenting the correct explanation; 3. drawing an overall conclusion and determining [the meaning]. In the first [part], "Suvarṇaprabhāsa" refers to its third fascicle. The sūtra says: "The samādhi of immeasurable radiant light of wisdom is unshakable and uncrushable, because it serves as the basis for the dhāraṇī of retaining what is heard. For this reason, the third stage is named the Stage of Brightness." The mention of the *Daśabhūmika-vibhāṣā* refers to the *Daśabhūmikavibhāṣā-śāstra*, corresponding to the first. The *Benevolent Kings* (Renwang) will be explained below.
