60.87

疏「命行二字是所無常法」者，即經「有為」字，此同《涅槃》「我觀諸行悉皆無常」。疏「云何此無常即前命行」者，命行是論，經即有為，此問無常所以，亦無常法。

Regarding the commentary's phrase "The two words 'conditioned states' (saṃskāra) are the impermanent phenomena": this corresponds to the word "conditioned" (saṃskṛta) in the sūtra. This is the same as the *Nirvāṇa-sūtra*'s "I contemplate all conditioned states as completely impermanent." Regarding the commentary's phrase "Why is this impermanence identical to the preceding conditioned states?": "conditioned states" is from the treatise, while the sūtra has "conditioned"; this inquires into the reason for impermanence, and also the phenomena that are impermanent.
