疏「四住初禪」等者，先釋依止；後「而言初」下，釋初住字。

Regarding the commentary's "Fourth, dwelling in the first dhyāna" and so forth: it first explains the reliance; later, from "As for saying 'first'" downward, it explains the word "first dwell".
