62.65

疏「受法唯外」者，謂十二入中，受唯在外，法入攝故，受必受於六塵境故。法謂想行，想取外相，行即思惟等，觸前境故，故唯在外。言「身通內外」者，觀於自身為內，妻子等為外。

Regarding "feeling and dharmas are exclusively external": among the twelve sense bases, feeling is exclusively external because it is subsumed under the dharma sense base, and feeling must experience the objects of the six sense data. Dharmas refers to conception and formations; conception grasps external characteristics, and formations are thinking and so forth, contacting the external objects; hence they are exclusively external. As for the statement "Body spans both internal and external": contemplating one's own body is internal, while wife, children, and so forth are external.
