63.28

疏「別中彼行有九種類攝為七」者，二三各二句故，此是論攝。亦可九句，初一報恩心中六報恩行、後二解釋。今初，總欲起行，順佛化意也。

On the commentary's "individually, those practices have nine varieties subsumed into seven": because the second and third each have two clauses, this is the treatise's subsumption. Alternatively, regarding the nine clauses, the first one is the mind of repaying kindness, the middle six are the practices of repaying kindness, and the last two are explanation. Now in the first, it broadly desires to give rise to practice, in accord with the Buddha's intention of transforming [beings].
