63.35

疏「六修習過餘」者，即經「無等等精進」。前句行修之初，此句行修之次。依前起行，行修勝出，故名過餘；後句行修之終，故無能壞。

On the commentary's "sixth, cultivation surpassing the rest": this is the sūtra's "unequaled vigor." The previous clause was the beginning of cultivating practice; this clause is the progression of cultivating practice. Arising into practice based on the previous, one's cultivation of practice is superior and outstanding, hence called surpassing the rest. The subsequent clause is the culmination of cultivating practice, hence none can destroy it.
