63.80

疏「第二利益眾生勤方便勝」者，既為利益觀有為等，何偏明悲？對上觀諦智清淨故，其中雖有諸行，悲為主故。

Regarding the commentary's "second, the superiority of the diligent upāya in benefiting sentient beings," since one contemplates conditioned phenomena and so forth for the sake of benefiting others, why is compassion specifically illuminated? Because it is contrasted with the aforementioned contemplation of the truths where cognition is pure; although all practices are contained within it, compassion is predominant.
