疏「常起邪念故為其覆翳」者，依無明住地起妄想心，名為邪念。流注相續，故曰常起，不同四住，善惡間生。

Regarding the commentary's: "Constantly giving rise to wrong thoughts, therefore veiled and obscured by them": Relying on the ground of the dwelling of ignorance, they give rise to deluded thoughts, which are called wrong thoughts. Flowing continuously, it is therefore said that they "constantly give rise to them," which is not like the four dwellings, where good and evil arise intermittently.
