63.93

疏「不聞正法故為彼纏裹」者，四住之惑容有善間，間則不纏。不聞善間，故為纏裹。

Regarding the commentary's: "Not hearing the true Dharma, therefore bound and wrapped up by them": For the delusions of the four dwellings, it is possible to have intervals of goodness; when there is an interval, one is not entangled. Not hearing [the Dharma] means there are no intervals of goodness, and so they are bound and wrapped up.
