64.30

疏「第二不住道行勝」等者，先總科、後「今初」下別釋。然總觀心境，遠公云：「約初入心明不住道。從『作是念』下，就正住地明不住道。」今但為標，不取古釋。

On the commentary passage "Second, the excellence of the practice of the unabiding path" and so forth: first is a general sectioning; later, from "Now, the first" onwards, it explains individually. When broadly considering mind and objects, Master Yuan said: "The unabiding path is explained in terms of the initial entering mind. From 'producing this thought' onwards, the unabiding path is explained with respect to correctly abiding in the bhūmi." Now this is only taken as a heading, without adopting the ancient interpretation.
