64.83

疏「次有漏有取」下，疏文有三：初總顯文意。二「如初地」下，引證。彼經云「欲流、有流、無明流、見流，起心意識種子。」三「有漏是愛」下，別釋經文。既舉愛取種，未潤時但名所引，愛取潤竟故名能生。

On the commentary passage from “Next, with outflow and with grasping” onwards: the commentary has three parts. First, it generally reveals the meaning of the text. Second, from “As in the First Ground” onwards, it cites proof. That sūtra says: “The outflow of desire, the outflow of existence, the outflow of ignorance, and the outflow of views generate the seeds of mind, intention, and consciousness.” Third, from “'With outflow' is craving” onwards, it explains the sūtra text separately. Since it adduces the seeds of craving and grasping, before they are moistened they are merely called 'that which is projected'; when they have been moistened by craving and grasping, they are therefore called 'that which can generate.'
