疏「復作」下，四結成勝義者，上顯無病，所病有異。今明空理，一理無差，故異上空。

As for the commentary from "further acts" onward: fourth, concluding with the ultimate truth. Above, absence of illness was shown, and the illnesses differed. Here, the principle of emptiness is clarified: the single principle is without distinction, and therefore differs from the emptiness above.
