67.33

疏「二約大悲」下，疏文有四：一總釋觀名。二「真解脫者」下，舉正折邪。於中二：先舉論文、後「此四即涅槃」下，疏釋上論，如次配其樂常德等。「故涅槃云」下，唯證第四，我相隱故。三「故下四段」下，顯妄舉正。四「今此明其」下別釋此門。

Regarding the Commentary's line beginning with "Second, in terms of great compassion": the text of the Commentary has four parts: 1. Generally explaining the name of the contemplation. 2. From "Those of true liberation" onward, adducing the correct to refute the heterodox. Within this there are two parts: first, citing the text of the treatise; second, from "These four are precisely nirvāṇa" onward, the Commentary explains the above treatise, matching bliss, permanence, virtue, and so forth in corresponding order. From "Therefore the Nirvāṇa says" onward only proves the fourth, because the characteristic of self is hidden. 3. From "Therefore the four passages below" onward reveals the false and adduces the correct. 4. From "Now this clarifies that" onward separately explains this gate.
