67.41

疏「二約無礙」下，此門更分為二：先明事理無礙。無力故無生，有力故不礙生，則生不礙無生、無生不礙生。亦取前《對法》偈明之，而用意有別。亦同初門不自生非不自作等。則上三句顯不生，第四句不礙三作。

In the commentary, from 'Second, with respect to non-obstruction' downward, this approach is further divided into two: First, clarifying the non-obstruction of phenomena and principle. Being without power, there is non-arising; being with power, it does not obstruct arising; thus arising does not obstruct non-arising, and non-arising does not obstruct arising. It also takes the verse from the Abhidharmasamuccaya above to clarify it, but the intended application differs. It also matches the first approach's not arising from self being not not self-made, and so forth. Thus the upper three phrases reveal non-arising, and the fourth phrase does not obstruct the three makings.
