疏「要由積功以至無功之功」者，結成勝後地義。後地無功用，因於此地功用成故，名之為勝，非行體勝。

Regarding the Commentary's 'Necessarily proceeding from accumulated effort to achieve the effort of effortlessness': this concludes and establishes the meaning of being superior to the subsequent ground. The subsequent ground's effortlessness is caused by the completion of effort on this ground; therefore it is called superior, not that the essence of its practice is superior.
