疏「又重重現」下,雙釋「普入」及「方網」言。塵能受剎,剎以塵成,亦能受剎,重重皆入,名為普入。既交絡入,九方入東,東入西時帶餘九入。西入南時,帶東諸方而入於南,故成重重。即初地中如帝網差別故,為真實義故。

From the Commentary's statement, "Furthermore, manifesting in layer upon layer..." onward, it doubly explains the words "universally entering" and "net of the directions". A dust particle can contain a realm, and a realm is composed of dust particles and can also contain realms; entering layer upon layer is called "universally entering". Since they enter in an interwoven manner, nine directions enter the east; when the east enters the west, it carries the remaining nine in entering. When the west enters the south, it carries the east and the other directions in entering the south, thus forming layers upon layers. This is precisely like the distinctions of Indra's net in the first bhūmi, serving as the true meaning.
