疏「上之二段」下，釋論念通達佛法，即以前釋此也。二處皆念通達佛法，佛法即力無畏等。

Regarding the Commentary's: below "The above two sections...", this explains the treatise's mindfulness of penetrating the Buddha-dharma, which uses the preceding to explain this. Both places are mindful of penetrating the Buddha-dharma, and the Buddha-dharma refers to the powers, fearlessnesses, and so forth.
