70.18

疏「如月普現前地有故」者，偈云「譬如日月住虛空，一切水中皆現影。住於法界無所動，隨心現影亦復然。」從「此法師」下，即九地之德，下文廣具。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "Because universally manifesting like the moon was present on the previous ground": the verse says, "Just as the sun and moon abide in empty space / and their reflections manifest in all waters, / abiding in the dharmadhātu without moving / they also manifest reflections according to minds in the same way." From "this Dharma master" downward, these are the virtues of the ninth ground, which are detailed in the text below.
