疏「三乘聖人」下，釋上論文依順行言。然有二意：一依起行、二亦依無為成差別位。

Regarding the commentary's statement from "Noble beings of the three yānas..." downwards: it explains the statement of the treatise text above regarding "conforming to practice." However, there are two senses: first, based on giving rise to practice; second, also based on the unconditioned establishing differentiated stages.
