70.56

疏「上三有報」者，由約異熟名報，無漏無異熟，故說有三報。若約果名報，無漏既有四果，則上之四句皆名有報。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "The above three have retribution": because retribution is designated in terms of maturation (vipāka), and karma without outflows has no maturation, it is therefore said that there are three retributions. If retribution is designated in terms of result (phala), since karma without outflows possesses four results, then all four propositions above are called "having retribution."
