大文第四。疏「初牒前總顯」者，「住此地已」，名為牒前。「了知」已下，即是總顯。先了心行，後教化調伏令得解脫即是善說。

The fourth major section. Regarding the Commentary's 'First, restating the preceding to reveal generally': 'having abided in this stage' is called restating the preceding. From 'fully knowing' onward is revealing generally. First fully knowing mental conduct, and later teaching, transforming, and taming so as to cause them to attain liberation, is fine expounding.
