72.7

疏「二義者」，差別自相者，論立名。「謂知」下疏釋，即生法之中差別義也。「十一處」者，五根、五境及法處所攝色也。「上二義」下，疏結前生後。然上諸義，論無重釋。

In the Commentary, “Second, meaning,” the individual characteristic of distinction is the name established by the treatise. From “Knowing” onward is the Commentary's explanation, which is the meaning of distinction within arising phenomena. “The eleven āyatanas” are the five sense faculties, the five sense objects, and the form subsumed under the mental-object āyatana (dharmāyatana). From “The above two meanings” onward, the Commentary concludes what came before and introduces what follows. However, for the above meanings, the treatise has no re-explanation.
