73.49

疏「既即事不捨」下，結成喻中重現無盡之義。謂由住即事真如，如融於事，事便如理。理既無所不在，身即理故亦無所不遍。真如無所不包，故即如之身亦含一切。故云「如無不在，故同真如內外互入。」

The commentary states: "Since it is identical with phenomena and not abandoned..." and so forth, concluding the meaning of recurring manifestation without end within the metaphor. That is to say, because of abiding in tathatā that is identical with phenomena, tathatā blends with phenomena, and phenomena then conform to principle. Since principle is nowhere absent, the body, being identical with principle, is likewise all-pervading. Tathatā embraces everything, so the body identical with tathatā also contains all things. Thus it says: "Since tathatā is nowhere absent, like tathatā, inside and outside mutually penetrate."
