疏「餘如別說」者，此有二事：一明二障者體，下疏更明；二明別說見障，即如向引止觀說也。

Regarding the Commentary's stating, "The rest are as explained elsewhere": there are two matters here. First, it clarifies the essence of the two hindrances, which will be further explained in the commentary below; second, it explains that the hindrance of views is discussed separately, which refers to the explanation from the Mohe zhiguan cited earlier.
