78.41

疏「言一恒沙者」下，第二別釋恒沙善根。雖金輪為所等，能具義則不同，一恒沙善根，二經須一。言「九地已還」者，正順晉經，從白淨九地向下等故。

Regarding the Commentary's stating from "As for 'one Gaṅgā's sands'" onward: second, it separately explains the wholesome roots of the Gaṅgā's sands. Although the golden wheel is that which is equaled, the meaning of that which possesses them differs; regarding the wholesome roots of one Gaṅgā's sands, both sūtras must be one. The statement "From the ninth ground and below": this directly follows the Jin sūtra, because it equals downward from the white pure ninth ground.
