疏「依此義云應生此界故」下，經云「各隨所宜而得受用」，若不應生，豈安樂界所有眾生變為此界之穢土耶？
From the Commentary's "Relying on this meaning, it says: 'because they ought to be born in this realm'" onward: the sūtra says: "each receiving and utilizing it according to what is appropriate." If they were not to be born [here], how could all the sentient beings of the realm of Sukhāvatī transform into the defiled land of this realm?
