疏「令離苦集」者，現在身苦，為苦果也。及諸煩惱未來苦因，義兼惑業，上二皆集。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "Causing them to leave behind suffering and origination": the suffering of the present body is the fruition of suffering. And all afflictions are the causes of future suffering; the meaning encompasses both delusion and karma, and the above two are both origination.
