81.16

疏「第六至隨緣起盡」，合中四，初正釋文。引《法華》者，以《法華》中諸師異解，今將此文楷定彼義；二「然現滅現生」下，彰其大意，明生與滅皆涅槃故；三「故攝論」下，引證；四「既起滅在緣」下，結成常住。亦是《無名．位體》中義，第四已引。

On the commentary’s "Sixth, up to ‘arising and ceasing according to conditions’": in the synthesis there are four parts: first, directly explaining the text. The Lotus Sūtra is cited because various masters hold differing interpretations of the Lotus Sūtra, and this text is now used to definitively establish its meaning; second, from "However, manifesting extinction and manifesting arising" onward, showing its overarching meaning, clarifying that both arising and ceasing are nirvāṇa; third, from "Hence the Mahāyānasaṃgraha..." onward, citing proof; fourth, from "Since arising and ceasing depend on conditions..." onward, concluding that it is eternally abiding. This is also the doctrine in "Position and Essence" of the Nameless, which was already cited in the fourth section.
