82.13

疏「念想觀除」者，即《智論》文。文云「般若波羅密，實法不顛倒，念想觀已除，言語法亦滅，無量眾罪除，清淨心常一。如是尊妙人，則能見般若」是也。念想觀除，約於內智，則不受外境，見色如盲等。而言善巧者，非涉事善巧，不念不受是入理善巧耳。

Regarding the Commentary's "mindfulness, ideation, and observation are eliminated": this is a passage from the Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa. The text says: "Prajñāpāramitā / Is the real dharma, not inverted; / Mindfulness, ideation, and observation have been eliminated, / And the dharma of spoken words is also extinguished; / Immeasurable multitudes of offenses are eliminated, / And the pure mind is ever unified. / Such an exalted and wondrous person / Is then able to see prajñā." That is it. 'Mindfulness, ideation, and observation are eliminated' is said in terms of internal wisdom: one does not receive external cognitive objects, seeing visible forms as if blind, and so forth. And saying 'skillful' does not mean skillfulness in engaging in affairs; not conceptualizing and not receiving is simply the skillfulness of entering into principle.
