82.4

疏「非但依戒」者，阿難四問，佛令依戒為師。彼以戒為饒益，即是依止之義。

Regarding the Commentary's "not only relying on the precepts": in Ānanda's four questions, the Buddha instructed that one should take the precepts as one's teacher. That [instruction] considers the precepts to be of profound benefit, which is the meaning of 'taking refuge [and relying upon]'.
