90.32

疏「十一」等者，約經即智，恒明達一切諸法。無性釋云「以於上十六彼彼之處，作斷疑事，故次明之。」疏中先出功德名；後「於一切」下，論釋於一切境善決定故。欲斷他疑，要須自斷，方能斷他。經中既為世師，內外兼了，故能斷疑。

In the commentary, “Eleventh” and so forth, in terms of the sūtra, this is wisdom constantly and clearly penetrating all dharmas. Asabhāva explains: “Because in those various places among the sixteen above, he performs the work of severing doubt, it is explained next.” In the commentary, it first presents the name of the virtue; next, from “In all” below, the treatise explains being well-determined in all objects. If one wishes to sever the doubts of others, one must first sever them oneself; only then can one sever them for others. Since in the sūtra he is the teacher of the world, clearly understanding both inner and outer, he is therefore able to sever doubts.
