90.33

疏「十二有九偈」等者，約經了一切行，疏中先出功德名、後「謂遍了」下論釋。無性生起云「由所化生性有差別，故次明之。」〈離世間品〉但名「了一切行」。若《深密》等，云「於一切行成就大覺」。無性云「入種種行法成大覺故」。經文中隨其心行，現種種形、說種種法，乃至為說覺分諸寶華諸聖功德，即是皆成大覺義也。

In the commentary, “Twelfth, there are nine verses” and so forth, in terms of the sūtra, is understanding all practices. In the commentary, it first presents the name of the virtue; next, from “meaning completely understanding” below, the treatise explains it. Asabhāva gives the sequential rationale: “Because the natures of those to be converted have differences, it is explained next.” The “Chapter on Leaving the World” merely calls it “understanding all practices.” In the Saṃdhinirmocana and elsewhere, it is called “accomplishing great awakening in all practices.” Asabhāva says: “Because entering into diverse dharmas of practice accomplishes great awakening.” In the sūtra text, according with their mental practices, manifesting diverse forms and preaching diverse dharmas, down to preaching the precious flowers of the factors of awakening and all holy virtues for them—this is the meaning of all accomplishing great awakening.
